We are a Coop of mortgage broker owners and loan officers who share resources, ideas and training, that benefit each other collaboratively.

Co/LAB Lending loan officers & teams make finding “home” a collaborative & easy process for homebuyers and real estate & mortgage professionals.
How We Do It:
Through Collaboration – the mortgage industry can be cutthroat at times, but not at Co/LAB. We literally changed our company name to represent how important it is for everyone to work together and win together.
Co/LAB Lending’s Collaborative Approach
Our guiding principle of collaboration takes inspiration from the graceful V-formation of geese during their long migratory journeys. It encompasses more than mere visual advantage, extending into the realm of mutual support and shared effort. With each rhythmic flap of their wings, these avian travelers create an uplifting current for their companions, enabling them to glide farther with greater ease. Should one goose inadvertently drift from formation, it promptly discerns the increased exertion required to forge ahead solo. In such moments, the intrinsic wisdom of the collective beckons, swiftly reuniting the member with the group, where the synergy of unity propels them onward.

Putting others first
When a goose gets injured or sick, two other geese will fall out of formation to stay with the goose and stay with it until it is able to fly again. When they head back out, they work together to catch up with the rest of the flock.
We all lead
This leadership position can get tiring and exhaust even the strongest lead goose. To help avoid fatigue, the position of front goose rotates between all members of the flock.
Encouragement
Geese can be heard honking loudly while they fly. Scientists speculate that this honking is a way to communicate with and encourage the flock on their long flights. The geese in behind honk at the ones in the front, to encourage them to maintain their speed and keep flying towards their goal.
